My apartment in Flemingsberg, Huddinge is spacious and bright, has nice high ceiling and built-in washer and dryer in the bathroom. Excellent view to nature and connection to public transportation (bus station just outside the building and/or a 7 min walk to commuter train).

Rent includes heating.

Electricity, cold and hot water, internet/TV are not included and paid separately.

Parking space is available today for 300 SEK/month extra, optional of course.

Excellent schools and daycare are available nearby and a small town center is one bus station away or 3 min walk away.

The reason I am looking to exchange is that I got a new job north of the city so the commute is pretty long :/ and also I find the apartment larger than what my small family needs so hope to find something cheaper :)
