Om bostaden

My name is Alice, and I am a 27-year-old single mother to a two-year-old son. I have a stable job and lead a calm and responsible lifestyle. I am currently interested in exchanging my one-room apartment with a separate kitchen and bathroom, located in Kvillebäcken. I hold a first-hand contract and am seeking to exchange it for another apartment that also has a first-hand contract.

I am looking for an apartment consisting of one bedroom, a living room, a kitchen, and a bathroom. My maximum rent is 8,000 SEK per month. Preferably, the apartment should be located on the first floor or in a building with an elevator. I am primarily interested in apartments located close to the city center or within a convenient distance to town. Dream to stay in Kvillebäcken.
